Tracy has 22 years of broad based sales and management experience in the cosmetic
industry. She was vice president of sales and marketing from Lancôme Cosmetics, National
and Regional Accounts Manager for Clinique, and Regional and Marketing Director for
Estée Lauder. Tracy's areas of expertise are in budget and expense control, financial
planning, profit and loss management, as well as advertising.

Valerie Woller has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Writing from Saint
Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana and a Master’s of Library and Information
Science from the University of Texas at Austin .
She has been involved in both the Arts and in philanthropic organizations for over thirty
years, volunteering in the areas of publicity, fund-raising, talent booking and event
planning, among others. Valerie was a co-founder of several organizations, and has
served on many boards, including those of The El Paso Symphony Orchestra and The
Woodlands Symphony Orchestra.
She is a member of the Parents’ Council and the 2008 Reunion Fund-Raising
Committee for Saint Mary’s College, as well as being involved in recruiting for the
college. Valerie is also currently a member of several charitable organizations, and
sings with The Woodlands Symphony Chorus.
